Delivery & Charges

We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom, regardless of quantity, free delivery on all items for our UK customers.

* For our non-UK customers purchasing items stated as "Free UK Delivery", there will be a shipping charge, please see below.

* For our non-UK customers purchasing items stated as "Free Worldwide Delivery", will have their shipping charge refunded back to them after checkout (e.g our European customers will have £9.99 GBP refunded back to them, and our non-UK and non-European customers will have £14.99 GBP refunded back to them).

* Delivery to European countries, the shipping charge is £9.99.

* Delivery to non-UK and non-European countries, the shipping charge is £14.99.

You can see the shipping charges, sub-totals, and totals at the checkout page, depending on your country of residence.

Orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours. We deliver worldwide.

We use a variety of major delivery companies for our UK customers, such as Royal Mail, ParcelForce and other such UK couriers. For our overseas customers, we use companies such as UPS, DHL and FedEx.

Payments 

We accept Cheques, Postal Orders and also PayPal, it's fast, easy, secure and you do not need to sign up to PayPal to make payments, as PayPal also allows you to pay via credit and debit card. We, as a business are PayPal verified, and have been for a number of years, you can check this by clicking on the PayPal Verification seal/icon on our Home Page. Due to PayPal chargebacks in the past from one or two fraudulent PayPal users, legal action may be taken if we suspect any fraudulent activity concerning payments and accounts. This is why we can only accept orders from PayPal users with a confirmed/verified PayPal postal address, if paying by card, customers details must match their card details. If youre dropshipping items, you must make sure your own customers also have confirmed postal addresses. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we report such cases immediately. We also reserve the right to delete an account or reject a payment if we suspect fraudulent activity. This measure is for our protection and for the protection of our customers.

Mobile Phones

The mobile phones that we sell are non-branded, theyre also unlocked and can be used with any SIM card. Most of these phones also come with an extra battery (2 x batteries).

Prices

We check our prices regularly and reserve the right to change prices from time-to-time where needed. Prices will not be altered once we have received customers order(s).   

Stock

We update our stock regularly. If an item is out of stock, we simply remove it from our store until it is back in stock, then it will be added again. The items you see in our store, are the items that are in stock.

Large Quantities

When buying more than 1 of the same item, you can update the quantity when viewing your cart contents or when ready to checkout, the price will be automatically calculated after each updated quantity. We always give discounts when buying more than 1 of the same item, the more you buy of any same item, the more discounts we give. Example, you see an item you would like to buy in quantity, maybe 5 of the same item, or 10, and so on. You add these items to your basket (you can input the quantity when viewing your cart or at checkout), you checkout and pay, the total price you see will not show the discount yet. When we recieve your payment, we view your order / quantities, we then refund you the discounted amount immediately.

Returns  

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective, and in keeping with our commitment to providing customers with excellent service, we offer the returns facilities set out below.

All goods supplied by us are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials and fit for the purpose for which such goods would normally be used.

We do not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.

Subject to testing in order to verify any alleged fault, we will accept the return of defective products for full refund or replacement, if, but only if, the goods are returned within 14 days of purchase.

Details where to send authorised product returns will be given once a Returns Authorisation (RA) has been issued.

All returned goods must be accompanied by a Returns Authorisation number (RA) which must be obtained by email. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging, not on the goods. Failure to follow these instructions may result in delay and additional costs.

We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit on returns. It is the Customer's responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier, and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of postage is to be borne by the customer.

On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us.

If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.

This warranty shall not apply if the goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by the Customer or its employees or agents, or to goods not used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

If on cancellation, the return of any goods which have already been delivered is necessary risk of damage in transit shall remain with the purchaser until the returned goods are accepted by the Seller.

In the event of a refund being issued whether goods received damaged or faulty we will refund the amount less the original cost of postage including delivery surcharges where applicable.

Customers who wish to make a warranty claim must comply with the manufacturer's instructions and warranty procedure. In order to expedite a resolution of your problem, we may refer you to the product manufacturer who will deal directly with the return. In these instances, we will provide you with the contact information for the relevant manufacturer.

Some manufacturers require goods to be returned within 14 days or less in order to secure refund. In such instances the manufacturer's time limit will apply and therefore we will only accept a return within 14 days of purchase or the manufacturer's time limit if it is less than 14 days.
